I go to the gym about 5 or 6 times a week for 1.5 hours I do weights and 45 mins of cardio is this too much?
Answer:
Maybe. You don't say why you're working out so much. If you're in training for a sport, this may be fine. If you're doing it for weight loss or general health, you'll probably find diminishing returns with more than one hour of exercise a day. You'll also be more prone to overuse injuries. Instead of working out more, trying "working out smarter"; read or ask a trainer about interval training, supersets, and other techniques that will burn fat and make you feel good without living in the gym. Good luck!
no
No - just make sure that you are drinking water to make up for the loss when you are sweating.
No, I don't think so. I know from experience, though, that exercising can become obsessive, but probably not in a negative way. I find that the more stressed out I am, the harder I work out. I would be careful to alternate my workouts from day to day, though, maybe weights one day, then cardio the next.
not enought pump it up
no, its just right as long as you're eating a lot of protein and staying hydrated
