It's good--I prefer roasted seaweed with a bit of salt. good.
Seaweed is where most MSG comes from, so of course it tastes good, it makes your tastebuds happy, happy, happy!

It tastes VERY FISHY! Being a vegetarian, I cannot stand seaweed, even though I know it's a plant. It's an acquired taste.

Seawood is also known as nori which is used for sushi and miso soup. it's great for your skin and I think it's an antioxident.
