lots of corn and berries in my stool?

Answers:
The body has a difficult time breaking down things like corn and berries, peas, etc. They are small enough to get through your digestive system without ever breaking down. The downside to this is that you did not get the nutrients from the food if it is still intact when you pass it.

It's actually a common adaptation given that corn, berries, and peas contain the seeds of the plant. The seeds get spready when animals eat them and poop them out somewhere farther away, allowing the plant to spread its progeny. Sometimes, the seeds are actually HELPED by passing through a digestive system of an animal. We are animals so it all makes sense.

I wouldn't worry about it unless you start becoming malnourished.
