Oh fun! Go to the grocery to the meat department and buy one of those nasty looking cow tongue, or something jst as gross for your guests to eat.

Well, best way to find ideas is to watch the show and be inspired.. Think of the grossest or most frightening thing you could imagine yourself eating or doing (nothing like eating rotten eggs or rotten meat though.. that's a bit.. too gross...lol) and use it :) Has to still be fun though, because you don't want to end up with your guests vomiting all over the place! A classic is always taking a whole bunch of edible food and mixing it together in a blender - people won't be able to recognize what's in it, and quite honestly, it'll look pretty gross... My friends used hot dogs once, along with the bun, mustard, relish and ketchup - worked like a charm :)
I went to one of those. For the food, we ate these fermented duck eggs that are black (eew) and grass jelly (double eew) and you could just think of narsty stuff and throw it in the blender.

Ohhhh God, I am glad I won't be there, but it sounds like it could be fun, just make sure that whatever you serve is USDA approved to prevent lawsuits.
Sheep eyes or heads (serve like chicken, pick the meat of the bone) , testicles (prairie oysters), brains, some insects, I am thinking Stick bugs, snake, fried worms, grind them up when cooked and use them in soups or gravies as a thickening agent. Pork tongues are delicious when pickled but they LOOK disgusting, fish heads, eel, and I could go on for more.

I do not like the idea of all that disgusting food. It would be cute to have "fake food". For example, a bowl of gummy worms and a bowl of the chocolate eyeballs.

Get some of the nastiest flavored baby foods you can find have guests do a blindfold taste test and whoever has the most correct answers as to what kind of baby food it is, wins.
like you are really going to stick cow tongue in your mouth... why not get a big tub and fill it with milk, juice, whipping cream, and anything else that will curdle and make your friends find things with their mouths only... it was fun at the bar on halloween. ( we did a scavenger hunt and people had to find a clue in the vat of crap)
well every year my friends family has a reunion and every year there is a theme! this years was family fear factor! And I was invited! They made me eat a fried meal worm that had seasoning on it! it looked disgusting! but it ended up being pretty good! It tasted like chips! so theres an idea!
