My question is, I want know about eating schedule in a day like as break fast, Lunch & dinner, foods quantities & calories quantities.

Answer:
6 small meals, totalling 2000 calories per day unless you are trying to lose weight. Then it's 1500 for a man, 1200 for a woman. Balance the diet with protein, grains, raw vegetables and fruit.
Breakfast - 300 calories
Snack - 200 calories
Dinner - 400 calories
Snack - 100 calories
Supper - 500 calories

eat every 3-4 hours for a total of 1500 calories a day
