I recently had several high-profile guests to a dinner party. Each guest requested freshly ground pepper?
from my freshly-filled peppermill. Everyone enjoyed the meal immensely.
To my utter dismay, the next day I discovered that I had accidentally filled my pepper grinder with Four O'Clock seeds instead of black pepper.
I have 2 questions...
1) How long do these people have to live, and will I be blamed?
2) If I plant my peppercorns in the flower bed, will they take the place of Four O'Clocks?
Answer:
That's a hard question. Let me think real hard...........
Oops! I crapped my pants!
very funny...but your guests will be ok....and... no, they cant take the place in the flower bed...lol
LOL that is funny........the seeds won't hurt them ....I won't tell if you don't.......LOL
I was curious about this myself, and found this out about the 4 o'clock seeds: "Toxicity: The roots and seeds contain a toxic alkaloid, and can cause stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea in children. However, a local Amish farmer reported that pigs are very fond of the fleshy taproot."
I like that last part.
very funny situation

they said that all parts of the plant are poisonous...so, if this really happend, i would inform your guests ASAP. how did you accidentally fill your grinder with flower seeds anyway? i think you need to reorganize your kitchen. lol. ;-)
Forgive my foolishness and ignorance, but what are Four O'Clocks? Will they gitcha high? Are they similiar to 4:20 seeds? LOL
OMG! LOL
Good One, LOL
