How do I measure an ounce without measuring utensils?
I do not have measuring utesils for an ounce. i am on a diet and the package says the serving size is 1 ounce for boneless chicken. is there anyway to know how to measure?

About a large ice cube -- think about a lg ice cube tray and square it up. 1/8 of a cup
I would think I would do it by looking at a bottle that says how many ounces it had and remember were it cut off then devide it and then put that much to make one ounce.
Take the total weight of all the chicken in the package, and divide it up. The wight should be on written on the package somewhere. So if the total weight was say one pound you would want to cut the chicken into 16 equal pieces ... each piece would be an once.The new Mac Ipod mini weighs one ounce...
