Does Eveyone know this cheese in a can called, "Chesse Spread"? I was wondering if anyone had there own recipe



Like I'm a letting my daughter have a slumber party this weekend and I was wondering if anyone had recipes of their own theyu would like to share. I'm talking about that Cheese in a Can like squirt cheese like. I think it's called Cheese Spread. I'm not talking about Cheez Whiz.

take 1 pound velvetta cube it
1 c 1/2 and 1/2
1 jar bacon bits
dash liquid smoke
horseradish..,.to taste

heat all in pan till cheese is all melted spread on crackers.....yummy.........add more 1/2 and 1/2 if to thick.......

The Amish call it Cup Cheese

2 1/2 gallons milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup water

Let the milk sour till it is very thick. Heat to 120 degrees an pour ito a course cloth bag and let rain overnight. Crumble curds until they are fine the mix with the soda. place in a bowl and cover with a cloth and let et at room temp for 3 days. Stir every morning and evening. At the end of the 3r day place the bowl in the upper part of a double boiler. Place over heat and stir i salt and water until smooth. It should be thick and yellow and have a sharp smell. Pour into cup sized containers. Cool before eating.
