Besides tahini-free Hummus, what kind of spreads with less than 10% calories from fat can I create?

Answers:
This is a Greek Sauce that I love and here's a recipe that doesn't have fat. Enjoy!!

TZATZIKI
========

Ingredients:
------------
1 pint of plain yogurt
1/2 med. sized cucumber finely shredded
3 cloves of garlic (more or less by taste)
1/4 tsp dill weed

Instructions:
-------------
The yogurt is dumped into a strainer lined with a coffee filter and
allowed to drain at least 2 hours (you can adjust the consistancy of the
sauce by increasing this time up to 24 hours). The shredded cucumber is
drained the same way.

Mix it all together and let it steep for at least 2 hours (it's better
the next day) and enjoy!

The only other one I could think about would involve eggplant or other vegetables, ground into a mush/ paste then spread. Eggplant makes especially good one. However as you know, most spreads taste better with the extra fat. In reality you could take any food that is low fat and turn it into a spread through a process of blending, boiling, mashing, pulverizing, etc.

Ketchup, mustard, and relish.
