There are 11 different ingredients, but I believe one is MSG - monosodium glutamate, basically it is dried,pulverized,refined seaweed(kelp). It gives it that extra kind of salty taste. Then iodized salt,pepper, garlic powder and flour. The rest I guess the world will never know.
