How many lettuce leaves equal 6 ounces?

Question:
Not much of a cook, so I'm not sure how to figure this out. A recipe I have calls for 6 ounces of lettuce leaves. Don't have anything to weight lettuce leaves on. Can someone give me an estimate of how many of your average size lettuce leaves (Romaine) it would take to make about 6 ounces? Thanks.

Answer:
This is probably 6oz volume, not weight. A cup measure is 8oz, so just go slightly under that. If it IS volume, a hamburger patty is 4oz weight...6oz of leaf lettuce is A LOT.
