I was at a dinner party and someone brought this thin crispy thing kinda like a flat bread, you could peel it into layers. it was flat and round, yellowish brown and covered in cinnimon and sugar! it was soo good!

CINNAMON CRISPAS
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Oil for frying
Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl. Heat oil in frying pan. Add tortillas to hot oil. They will cook quickly. Remove from frying pan. Drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
