Is white soya sauce available ? Noodles change to brown when i add them .?

Answer:
No there isn't a white soy sauce, try not mixing in so much soy sauce. It really does depend on what you are mixing it with, if it's ramen, it's o.k. if the noodles are brown.
i never heard of it, but you could use other flavorings like ginger, garlic, sesame oil, lemongrass and rice wine vinegar.
Add salt to taste.
Instead of using soya sauce..... use knor chicken boullion and salt to make the noodles stay in its colour. And no there's no white soya sauce....
Although there are many types of soy sauce, all are salty and earthy-tasting brownish liquids used to season food while cooking or at the table. What some westerners can only describe as a flavorful, kind of sweet taste is a distinct basic taste called "umami" by the Japanese and "xiān wèi" (鲜味, 鮮味 lit. "fresh taste") by the Chinese. A portion of what gives it this umami quality is the monosodium glutamate (MSG) which naturally occurs in soy sauce.
