I peel and remove the pit from two avocados, mash up the pulp with a fork and add about 1/4 cup of salsa. Mash 2 peeled and seeded avacaods
add 1/2 chopped onion and tomatoe if wanted
add 1/2 tbs choppe cilantro
1/2 t tabasco sauce
1 lime squeezed
mix all well until chunky or smooth, depending on your preference. Make sure you squeeze lemon or lime juice ove the top so it does not oxidize and turn brown.

Scoop avocado flesh out of skin and into bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and mix to combine. Serve with chips or on top of steak or tacos. 1 large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted
