mix up a couple of eggs, then soak your bread in it so it's covered, heat up oil in frying pan (just a bit of oil) and fry on both sides - yummy!!

Serves 1
Preparation time less than 30 mins
Cooking time less than 10 mins
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
85ml/3fl oz double cream
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 slices of white bread, crusts removed and cut into 3 rounds
Greek yoghurt, to serve
Method
1. Place the eggs, egg yolk and cream into a bowl and whisk together until combined.
2. Spread the peanut butter over the slices of bread and dip the slices into the egg mixture to coat.
3. Heat a non-stick frying pan until hot. Fry the eggy bread for two minutes on each side or until golden.
4. Serve with a dollop of Greek yoghurt.
Beat the eggs, add a drop of milk. Soak the bread in the egg. Fry. Serve either sweet by sprinkling with sugar or savory by adding salt & pepper.

Soak the bread in egg and then fry it, then make sure you eat it with lots of ketchup, yum yum!
I add a touch of cream,seasonings and a good grating of Parmesan cheese.Try .
try beating a little light soy sauce into the egg
without any seasoning it is great sprinkled with sugar or apricot jam
