If its a hot country lots of tomato and leaf salads crusty bread a bowl of mixed beans like kidney and others all from tins serve with olive oil and wine vinegar maybe some cold meat from the deli at the supermarket or small shops that are every where a choice of cheese for the ones that don't have cholesterol. You get a fantastic choice of fish so you could wrap it in tin foil a put it in the over.
Fish and chips fried with low cholesterol oil eg sunflower oil. Or with baked beans or peas with some salads.
Pasta, spaghetti, lasagna are all easy to make as you can buy the ingredients from almost any supermarket and just dump ever thing in.
Soup would also be easy to add in and will make your dishes abit more. Again you can buy any vegetable, vegatable stock, cut them up and dump everything in.
How about cooking pasta with a tomato based sauce & making ur own garlic bread?
U can add in ur fav vegies/meat to suit different tastes.
If watned u can add cheese onto the garlic rubbed bread to make it a bit more tasty (for those who don't have cholesterol probs!).
Ask each of your friends to be responsible for one main meal for 10. The one that they cook and like best. They could work in pairs. They should shop for, prepare and cook the food. There are lots of one pot meal recipes on line eg the BBC recipe site. You could do big salads, nice bread and roast chickens. Have a meeting with your friends before you go to discuss a strategy. Enjoy your holiday!
You could adapt this to suit what you have at hand, but a bowl of this with some garlic bread will make a satisfying meal.

first of all if you have high cholesterol you can eat cooked fats ( oils or margarine). they can't take fatty foods, such as dairy and food with saturated fat such as beef and pork. they can eat beef and pork but in few amounts. the best thing is to cook chicken with some garlic and parsley on it, it is easy jsut grill chicken. it will be god int aste and garlic helps to lower cholesterol. you can grill fish. you can crush vegetables and make a soup. you can grill some pork. you can make a pizza, just buy the bases and use light cheese. there are so many ideas!
