Fresh fruit flan..although the flan ring is sponge and would have had to have been made with eggs and milk...in which case, hold the flan, and just have the fruit.....
Apple cooked in the micro-wave stuffed with raisins.
Grilled fruit skewers, drizzled w/ honey & lime - served w/ sorbet
This dessert looks really nice, and fancy, but it's actually pretty easy. Sorbet, which I am sure others have mentions. When you get the sorbet home use a scooper and make golf ball sized balls and put them on a metal baking dish that you have put in the freezer to get cold and lined with plastic wrap. Once you have used all your sorbet cover with plastic wrap and put it back in the freezer for about 3 hours. Make sure they are really hard. Then serve them in champagne glasses that have also been chilled. When you are ready to serve top it off with champagne.
I have also made this, it's good, but the meringue can be finicky somtimes, just make sure you whip it really well, and if I have it on hand I will add a little cream of tarter (maybe a 1/4 tsp.) to stabalize.
1 c Sugar
1/4 c Water
3 pints Strawberries, rinsed, hulled and halved
2 tbsp Grand Marnier (You can sub OJ)
2 tbsp Unsalted butter
4 Egg whites
1 c Brown sugar
Preparation
To prepare strawberries: Combine the sugar and water in a 4 qt Dutch oven or large ovenproof saute pan over high heat and cook, without stirring, until the sugar starts to brown, about 10 minutes. Swirl the pan to even the brown color. Add the strawberries and the Grand Marnier, and cook just until the strawberries are tender and the sugar has completely melted, about 5 mintues. Add the butter and stir until melted. Let cool.
To prepare the meringue: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In the bowl of a heavy duty mixer, whip the egg whites at high speed until very foamy. Slowly add the brown sugar, about 1 tbsp at a time, and continue whipping until the egg whites are very shiny and hold a stiff peak, about 5 mintues. Spread the meringue over the cooked strawberries. Bake until golden brown, 10-12 minutes.
To serve: Scoop berries with meringe into bowls in individual serving. Serve warm

It has recipes for quite a few tasty desserts that can be prepared easily from home ..
How about chiselis (pronounced tseesels) from Latvia. To me, the ultimate comfort food and not too sinful.
Take either fresh or frozen berries, mixed or single types. Put them in a large saucepan
Cover with sugar, or granulated sweetener, depending on your preference.
Add enough cold, or hot water to cover all. Add a Cinnamon stick and a squeeze of lemon and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the fruits are all mushy. Taste and add sugar(or sweetener) accordingly, or more lemon juice.
Cool so that you can put through a food processor. Blend until smooth. If you want to remove all pips then you will have to strain back into saucepan through afine metal sieve.
Add some fruit juice (or wine of your choice) to bring it to the required volume. Mix a little potato or cornflour in and heat and stir until you get a thickish soup.
Serve hot or cold. Can be frozen before the thickening stage.
This is traditionally served with whipped cream on top, but you said you did not want dairy, so this can be omitted. Can be served with a crisp biscuit.
Mmmmm. I want some - now!
