Recipe for Shrimp Dejohne?


Question:
Anyone out there have a good Shrimp Dejohne Recipe?

Answer:
SHRIMP DEJONGE

1 lb shrimp, peeled & de-veined
2/3 c. melted butter
2 chopped garlic cloves
2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley flakes
1/3 c. dry sherry wine
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 1/2 c. coarse bread crumbs

Place shrimp in 1 layer in shallow glass baking dish. Combine butter, garlic, parsley flakes, wine and pepper. Pour over shrimp. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
