No. What makes you alcoholic is if you are hooked... that you can't go without the beer. If you HAVE to have one every day. If you move up to HAVING to have TWO every day. Also, if it impairs your life and keeps you from doing what you need and want to do. Many people, especially Europe, have a beer or wine daily without harm. If you are worried, though, stop. If you feel a CRAVING and can't not have the beer, seek help. If you just enjoy the beer... then enjoy and don't worry.
Probably not. Signs of alcoholism tend more toward the reason for drinking than the quantity. Why do you drink a beer every day? Do you feel you need it? Do you go thru the day thinking about when you get home so you can have it. Do you spend money you don't have to spare just so you can get it? If you answered yes to any of the above you may have the beginnings of alcoholism.
If you just enjoy having one with dinner and you do not obsess if you don't get one then you are probably safe - for now.
If you are literally having just one beer a day you are probably not an alchaholic, however the only one who can really answer that question is you. You seem to be able to stop at one, something I could never do, so I have not had a drop for 16 years. It does not sound like your are having uncontrollable cravings but you did not mention how it is or is not affecting your life. One good test: Alchaholics usually lie about there intake ....
