A very simple recipe for grape wine?

Question:
Something like "throw in 2 kilos of sugar and a few raisins".

Answer:
6 pints of grape juice(without preservative).1lb sugar. 1tsp citric acid. 1tsp pectic enzyme.1tsp yeast nutrient. 1tsp wine yeast..1 vitamin b tablet. put the sugar in a pint of boiling water, and leave the syrup to cool. then throw all the ingredients into a demijohn. then fill the demijohn up to the shoulder with cooled boiled water.fit airlock and bung.keep in warm place. shake daily for a week. and then leave until the air bubbles slow down to less than one a minute. its then ready rack the wine off the sediment a couple of times the wine is then ready. if its not sweet enough add sugar syrup slowly until it suits your taste.if all thats too complicated go to a home brew shop and you'll be able to buy a 7 day brew wine plonk kit. make sure you've a good stomach when you drink it.
Grapes turn into wine all by themselves,
they have their own sugar, cleanliness is the hardest thing in wine making plus temperature control, experiment! sugar bumps up the alcohol.
