Has anyone tried this vodka called 'DeVine'? It's made with grapes as opposed to grains?

Nope...
Most vodka is made from potatoes. Some of them are made with grains. None are made with grapes. There are "fortified" wines which add Vodka to make them stronger.
There are at least two other grape vodkas on the market -- Ciroc, which advertises that it was the first to be distilled from "fine French grapes," and Idol, "the only vodka made from small, hand-picked lots of noble Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from Burgundy." St. George Spirits distillery in Alameda produces Hangar One, a vodka made from a blend of grain, wine and fruits. Haven't tried either - but if it gives the vodka a crisp flavor, I'm all for it!
