55 calories per 25ml shot of Pimms No. 1 Cup
140 calories per 330ml can of (non-diet) lemonade / Sprite / 7Up
Glass = double (2 x 25ml) Pimms plus half a can (165ml) of mixer.
That's 2 x 55 (110) plus ½ x 140 (70) = 180 calories
Or 110 calories if you use diet lemonade.
Add a few calories if you include pieces of apple/orange etc.
Approximately 160 calories in a 250ml can of Pimm’s and Lemonade
